WHITE PLASTISOLS
FAST FLASH HO-LB PREMIUM WHITE - A high opacity bleed resistant white with good fibre matt down. Formulated to be easily printed through fine mesh counts, Premium White has good flash curing properties. For optimum performance Premium White should be printed through mesh counts between 61T/cm and 100T/cm. FAST FLASH BUDGET WHITE - A fast flashing white with no after tack, high opacity and excellent printing properties. Budget White has a creamy consistency that allows printing through mesh counts between 43T/cm and 77T/cm. The matt surface is ideal for overprinting and a soft hand can be easily achieved. Flash cure white is recommended for printing onto 100% cotton garments. When printing on Polyester mixtures we suggest pre-testing for dye-migration. OPAQUE WET-ON-WET WHITE - An opaque "one hit" white formulated for multi colour wet-on-wet printing. Easily printed through a wide range of mesh counts Opaque Wet-on-Wet White will hold fine detail and still give good opacity. When printing onto fabrics with tendency to dye migration Opaque Wet-on-Wet White should be printed over a bleed resistant underbase such as Premium White. OPAQUE MIXING SYSTEM WHITE - Specially formulated for the Opaque Mixing System. OMS White can be used as a stand-alone white with good opacity and excellent film strength. FAST FUSION WHITE - A white ink with low curing characteristics and excellent elasticity. Fast Fusion White is recommended for printing on heat sensitive fabrics such as acrylics or fabrics such as Lycra or Spandex, which require inks with high elasticity. PUFF WHITE - A white puff ink that gives a uniform raised effect. Mesh counts between 24T/cm and 55T/cm should be used dependent on the height of puff required. SUEDE WHITE - A white ink that simulates the effect of white suede leather.
